| Description | A non-profit cancer support centre for cancer patients, their families and caregivers. Provide psychological, social, emotional and informational support for cancer patients and their loved ones. Offer one-to-one peer support, support groups, coping skills programs and a resource centre with hundreds of books and tapes related to cancer at no charge and without referral. Also has an online cancer support resource called Pass It On. Topics include: nutrition, exercise, returning to work, tools for coping with the disease, support for family members, information for cancer patients who have financial concerns and more.
