| Description | The Stokes Community Village provides 33 affordable apartments for seniors. Offers 1 or 2 bedrooms. Will also offer a large multi-purpose room and a commercially sized community kitchen. The opportunities for volunteer based youth and adult mentoring are excellent as a result of the seniors living on the site. In partnership with Goodwill Industries Niagara, Niagara Regional Housing, Federal and Provincial governments. | |||
