DescriptionProvides support to both children and adults living with a developmental disability and their families. Services include residential options, employment support, day programs, family support, recreation and leisure activities and respite.
HoursAdministrative/Day Supports Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Residential Supports Mon-Sun 24 hours

EligibilityAll, with developmental disabilities. Adult services begin at age 18. 
Children ages six to their 18th birthday.

ApplicationAll applications and referrals for adult services are processed through the Developmental Services Ontario Hamilton Niagara office by calling 1-877-376-4674. 
 
All applications and referrals for children's services are processed through Contact Niagara by calling 905-684-3407.
FeesYes - there are fees for certain services however fees vary for service and assistance is available and individually negotiated. Services and program supplies including transportation are charged a nominal fee to individuals and/or their family.
