DescriptionSupport is provided to families with children who have a developmental disability living at home. This support must be requested by the family through Contact Niagara 1-800-933-3617. Works within the community to help families and individuals make informed decisions and increase awareness to build on existing services and close gaps. Assist families to access services needed including respite,inclusive community summer camps, inclusive weekend and after school Children and Youth Community Activity Groups, special services at home funding, etc.
