DescriptionA non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to providing opportunities year round for children with cancer who are treated at the McMaster Children's Hospital. Provides continuity by offering all the same events and support for parents of children who are either on or off treatment, as well as for bereaved Help a Child Smile parents.
