DescriptionA free family support program for parents and child care providers of children aged birth to 6 year * programs designed to promote adult/child interaction for the promotion of healthy child development and effective parenting/care giving skills * no fees for programs and services  
STAY & PLAY TOGETHER PROGRAM</B> promotes literacy and numeracy skills, social skills building, language development, listening skills etc 
GROW and LEARN TOGETHER</B> offers a closer look at how children grow and learn and ideas for how parents can get involved in their child's healthy development 
BABY & ME STAY & PLAY TOGETHER PROGRAM</B> an opportunity for parents with babies (newborn to 12 months) to play together as well as enjoy infant massage activities and a Circle Time just for babies 
EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS</B> offered on a regular basis with free childcare provided during our daytime sessions * host site location for Prenatal Classes, Infant Hearing Screenings, Breastfeeding Clinics and the Healthy from the Start Program *  
access to the Resource Lending Library and information on child development, parenting and care-giving issues, as well as Early Years community programs * workshops for caregivers to promote educational child care * host site for Caregiver Connections  
FENWICK SATELLITE SITE</B> located at Fenwick United Church, 1050 Church St, Fenwick, ON L0S 1C0 (corner of Church St and Canboro Rd) * Programs run Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, Wed 1:30 pm-4 pm (office: 905-892-3533) 
EARLY YEARS TOY LENDING LIBRARY</B> once per month 
EARLY YEARS MOBILE PROGRAM</B> offers the Interactive Play Program and the Grow and Learn Together series at a variety of site locations throughout Pelham, Welland and Fenwick * call for a schedule of site locations, dates and times of operation.
