Description	Mission Statement: The Welland Safe Community Partnership develops, promotes and supports a community culture instilled with safety, education and commitment to injury prevention.    The Welland Safe Community has sub-committees for Safe Neighbourhoods, Seniors Safety, Workplace Safety and Marketing.    The goals of the Welland Safe Community Partnership is to identify, support and promote existing injury prevention initiatives in our community in partnership with members and community resources; to reduce fatal and non-fatal occupational and non-occupational injuries; to develop and implement a plan to become self-sufficient and sustainable within three years; monitor injuries through available resources; and monitor activities and progress of the Welland Safe Community Partnership.
