BUSINESS EXPANSION/RETENTION ASSISTANCE: a Corporate Calling program which identifies issues or problems and also provides advice on issues of market expansion and enhancement.  
INFORMATION SERVICE: provides various information products about Port Colborne to potential investors, local businesses, tourists and other interested parties.  
TOURISM INFORMATION ASSISTANCE: offers an array of support and advice to many exciting attractions, festivals, events, shopping, tours, dining and accommodations, assists in conference, sporting events location planning and group visits.  
RELOCATION INFORMATION: provides relocation packages and information.  
 
Also operates the Visitor Information Centre at 76 Main St W. The information centre is open daily from Victoria Day to Labour Day. The information centre can be reached at 905-834-5722.
