| Description | Provides community-based rehabilitation and support services to adults living with the effects of acquired brain injuries. Life skills instruction is provided to increase the level of functional independence to become active again in work, education, home, and leisure activities. Family and support persons are encouraged to participate. Programs include: * Community Outreach Support Services * Residential Services (24-hour support) * Supportive Housing Services (on-site staff support) * Vocational Services (pre-employment, return-to-work, and job coaching) * Psychological Services * Social Work * Therapeutic Recreational Services * Educational opportunities for individuals and families | |||
