DescriptionA quasi-judicial regulatory agency that reports to the Ministry of the Attorney General * responsible for regulating the alcohol and gaming sectors to ensure honesty and integrity, and in the public interest 
 
Responsible for administering the following: 
 
* Alcohol and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996 (Sections 3 and 4) 
* Liquor Licence Act 
* Gaming Control Act, 1992 
* Wine Content and Labelling Act, 2000 
* Liquor Control Act (Section 3(1)b, e, f, g and 3(2)a) 
* Charity Lottery Licensing Order in Council 1413/08 
 
The site provides easy access to important AGCO resources, including: access and ability to download all current alcohol and gaming-related forms; laws and regulations; new information; licensing and registration; hearings and appeals; and up-to-date decision summaries.

It accepts gaming employee applications in person Mon-Fri from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. 
 
Special Occasion Permit application forms may be downloaded from the website and are available at local LCBOs, but are issued only from select Liquor Control Board of Ontario stores.
