DescriptionAn exercise, educational, and social support program administered through the VON. Groups operate throughout the Niagara Region. Program services available to all persons with Parkinson's and their caregivers. An Educational Series will be held in March and September. Call the office for further details. 
 
Volunteers in this exercise program (urgently needed) run a gentle, one-hour exercise class for 3-15 individuals living with Parkinson's. Each exercise class is followed by a half hour of socializing with coffee and cookies. Training is required, provided free of charge.
