An open detention/custody facility for young men aged 12 -17, who have been charged or convicted under the Youth Criminal Justice Act * provides rehabilitation and reintegration programs and services to youth in conflict with the law * a Youth Worker works with the Probation Case Manager, the youth and family to develop a treatment plan * Programs are cognitively-based and include social and life skills, recreation activities, and education through a section 23 classroom. 
 
Ray and Pat Wagner Group Home  
 
A transitional residential group home, for males aged 12 -17 referred through Family and Children Services (FACS) Niagara * a Youth Worker works closely with the FACS worker, the youth and family to develop suitable treatment plans, including discharge plans to return the youth to their homes or other longer-term supportive living arrangements * Youth are involved in a variety of therapeutic programs and activities with staff to remediate identified cognitive and behavioural deficits  
 
Community Programs  
 
Post Detention / Custody 
 
For youth aged 12 to 17 * supports youth towards a successful reintegration back to the community following periods of detention or custody * Referrals are made through Probation * a Youth Worker is assigned to work with the Probation Case Manager, the youth and family to develop a treatment plan 
 
Extra Judicial Measures  
 
Provides an opportunity for youth who have committed minor nonviolent offences to take responsibility for their actions and make amends to the community * Youth are referred to the program by police to Contact Niagara * As an alternative to formal criminal charges or court processes, youth who are offered appropriate programming and services to address concerns related to the offence committed
