DescriptionSummary legal advice, public legal education, community development and legal representation is available for those who cannot afford a lawyer and whose problem would not be covered by a Legal Aid certificate.  
* Consumer and debt problems * Ontario Works * Ontario Disability Support Program * Immigration and refugee matters * Employment Insurance * Employment Law * Workplace Safety and Insurance * Tenant Protection * Canada Pension Plan/Income Security Programs * Problems with various government agencies * legal assistance for migrant farm workers throughout the region * bilingual services available 
 
Does not offer assistance with family law matters. Will assist with civil litigation including small claims court. 
 
Also have a Satellite Location in: 
 
FORT ERIE on Tues and Thurs from 9:30 am-2:30 pm. Their office is at 20 Jarvis, Fort Erie. 
 
THOROLD on every second Wed from 9 am - 12 noon at 19 Albert St. 
 
Terry Hunter is available at PORT CARES every other Monday 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
