| Description | The role of the Ontario Hemophilia Society is to improve the quality of life for all persons and families living with inherited bleeding disorders. The society works towards this objective via education and advocacy as it relates to Hemophilia, Von Willebrand, HIV/HCV and other bleeding disorders, focusing on the provision of emotional, psycho-social and financial support where appropriate; ensuring the availability of community resources; and advocating for the best possible factor products, HIV/HCV treatment therapies, care and personal support services. |
