DescriptionProvides unique and challenging learning experiences through a portfolio of leadership programs. Programs that facilitate the development of self-awareness and superior leadership skills. Through the Institute's highly experiential learning model, participants explore issues, understand the behaviours of themselves and others, gain critical feedback on their leadership style, and develop a concrete plan for ongoing development.  
 
Public and Custom Programs 
Public programs are delivered throughout the year in locations across Canada. They are designed to help leaders develop the competencies essential for strong leadership. Programs range from comprehensive to an in-depth learning on a singular facet of leadership such as change management. 
 
Custom programs can be designed to meet a specific need or challenge within an organization, department or team. 
 
Executive Coaching 
Our Executive Coaching packages are designed to support a leader through critical transition points and/or changes in their career, enabling optimum effectiveness through our accelerated learning practice. Each package includes a variety of self and 360° assessments, one-to-one time spent with an Executive Coach and an individualized plan for development.
