Public BulletinOffers a backpack program for those registered for West Lincoln Community Care's food program. Backpacks are given to families in need when they come in for their food. If someone is in need of a backpack, they can register for West Lincoln Community Care food program (so long as they are eligible) and then also be eligible for the backpack program.
