Description	The Welland Rose Festival is an annual series of events taking place during the month of June in the Welland area. A variety of events take place over a three week period.    The Festival welcomes community participation and support and encourages community groups and businesses to become actively involved as sponsors, volunteers or organizers, as well as involvement in planning and running an activity/event.
