DescriptionFor Special Needs Individuals TTE is a program that assists individuals 16 years of age and older, who have a disability, to gain access to employment opportunities. It prepares applicants for employment through one-on-one sessions with an employment counsellor followed by a 1-5 week onsite trial period with an employer. Scheduling is flexible. The program is financially supported through the Ontario Disability Support Program, therefore all participants must be approved by ODSP Employment Supports.
