DescriptionThe St Catharines Public Library has four locations to serve the community. The Central Library is the primary location. There are three branches including the Port Dalhousie Branch. 
 
Collection includes books, newspapers, magazines, DVDs, CDs, microfilm, microfiche, electronic books and electronic full text databases.  
 
Provides Internet Access; reference and inter-library loan services; computer training; programs for children, teens/tweens and adults; meeting room facilities and equipment rentals; and visiting library service to housebound individuals.

ApplicationTo register as a borrower, individuals require two pieces of identification. At least one must have a current address.
FeesA Library card is available free of charge to those who reside in St Catharines, or pay St Catharines property or business tax. A card may be obtained at any Library Branch.
