DescriptionAn ODSP approved service provider for individuals who have completed a funding agreement with Employment Supports * experienced job developers assist job seekers to identify and work towards their employment goal * identify steps and supports to overcome disability-related employment barriers * procure adaptive equipment as needed * individualized employment planning such as job training, job searches, placement and job maintenance supports * complete reference checks and review results with job seekers * offers the following free training to qualified job seekers: Passport To Safety Certificate - Basic WHMIS and Health and Safety training; Ontario SuperHost - customer service training; basic first aid; SmartServe and police checks if needed * training funds may also be used to offer an employer a subsidy to create a paid opportunity
