DescriptionPromotes prenatal well-being for healthy term infants in Niagara. Provides healthy lifestyle and nutrition information for pregnant women with nutritional, social, financial needs. Also offers food gift certificates, nutritious snacks, vitamin voucher, cooking classes and access to a Registered Dietitian and Public Health Nurses. Weekly drop-in programs and services available in Fort Erie, Welland, St. Catharines, Port Colborne and Niagara Falls.
