DescriptionA specialized bus transportation service operated to assist those persons with mobility difficulties that prevent them from walking 175 meters or boarding a conventional city bus. The bus service provides transportation from accessible door to accessible door and is available on a temporary or permanent basis depending on the user's eligibility. The service is open to residents of St Catharines and visitors already registered with similar systems in their resident city. 
COMMUNITY BUS service for registrants of the paratransit system. It operates Mon-Fri on a semi-fixed route that includes many of the major apartment complexes, shopping centres and medical centres in north and south St Catharines. The buses are equipped to accommodate scooters and wheelchairs as well as canes and walkers. To schedule a trip, an individual must register with this office, then simply call to book the trip.
Supplementary DescriptionAll St Catharines bus routes are now fully accessible. Paratransit registrants can use the city bus accessible routes as well as the Paratransit buses.

EligibilityAnyone with a physical disability that results in their inability to use regular bus service. This refers to persons who are physically unable to climb or descend three steps or walk a distance of 175 metres.
