DescriptionEmployment Ontario (EO) is Ontario's integrated employment and training network, focussing on customer needs and achieving employment outcomes. It unites Ontario's community-based network of employment services and training partners with other employment programs. Employment Ontario is a one stop source of information and services for students, job seekers, and employers. 
 
The Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities office directly delivers the following programs to organizations/businesses/employers: Ontario Job Creation Partnerships (OCJP), Ontario Labour Market Partnership (OLMP), Rapid Re-employment and Training (RRTS), Apprenticeship.
