Alcohol and drug free environment with a minimum of supervision on a continual basis * access to counsellors * spiritual counselling * referral to government agencies for vocational training * Referrals Alcoholics Anonymous meetings * discussions and meetings with Alcoholics Anonymous members * referral to family, legal, mental health and substance abuse assessment/treatment counselling for employers and employees
