DescriptionProvides services for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and their families, including support groups, counselling and education programs. Promote Alzheimer’s research and partners with MedicAlert Safely Home to provide a nationwide program designed to help identify the person who is lost and assist in a safe return home.
