DescriptionOffers a variety of recreation services such as creative arts programs, sports and fitness classes and human interest courses. Also responsible for park and cemetery operations and maintenance. 
 
Can provide a list of service clubs with contact numbers. Holds an annual Christmas Parade on the 2nd Sat in Dec at 11 am. The parade route starts at King Street, moves along to Castlereagh, to Wellington to Byron then Prideaux and Simcoe Streets and to Queen Street and back to King. 
 
Directly supporting Early Child Development to age 6; 
Aquatic Programs during summer at 2 outdoor pools: Niagara-On-The-Lake and St David's.  
 
New Community Centre offers a facility for all ages for recreational, social and cultural pursuits. 
Amenities include:  
indoor walking/jogging track, fitness area, auditorium (banquet seating 300 - assembly for 450), stage, on-site preschool, senior's room, artificial bowling green, outdoor playground, and cafe.
