DescriptionProvides both long-term residency and transitional housing for physically disabled adults with the necessary support services to enable them to live as independently as possible. Provide assistance with activities of daily living. Residents are expected to direct their own services. Accommodation is provided within a group setting with 24 hour attendant care staff services.
