DescriptionThe OSGA 55+ Games (Ontario Senior Games Association) is composed of 41 districts from across Ontario. There are over 13,000 participants that take part in a variety of several summer and winter sports and activities. These events are available to anyone over the age of 55 that resides in Ontario.  
The 2012-2013 OSGA 55+ Calendar of events will be very busy, starting with the OSGA 55+ Games celebrating 15 years as an incorporation as well as District Kick- Off Events happening across Ontario this April. 
Local District Games will then be occurring throughout April, May and June. District winners of their specific events, will then qualify for the Ontario 55+ Summer Games, which will be in Brampton, Ontario August 14-16th, 2012. 
The District qualifying process for the winter games will begin again this fall and winter for the Ontario 55+ Winter Games in Huntsville, ON in February of 2013.

Niagara Region is District #24 of the OSGA 55+ Games Program. Currently the OSGA and Niagara residents are in the process of bring back District #24 Games to the Niagara Region for the Spring and Summer of 2012. For this to be accomplished there is a need for both volunteers and or participants to make these games a success once again.
