DescriptionThe Breathworks Helpline is a free, confidential COPD information service offered by The Lung Association. Health care professionals with special training in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) answer calls and can help you. 
 
The local Hamilton Lung Association runs a Breath works self-help program designed for people with lung and chest problems, their families and friends. The club's purpose is to provide individuals with a social and educational experience in a smoke-free community setting. Doctor's referral is required. For people who have COPD. Exercise group meets twice a week, the benefits are to increase lung capacity and give a better quality of life. This group is professionally led.
