DescriptionThe Hamilton/Niagara Regional Office of MCSS/MCYS is responsible for: 
 
* The direct client service delivery of provincially-mandated or provincially-funded services. 
 
* The licensing and monitoring of all children's residences. 
 
* Providing funding to community service agencies, municipal, and First Nations delivery agents, to deliver MCSS and MCYS services and programs in the community.
